MARLIN – 1895 SBL 45-70 RIFLE

Chambered in 45-70 Govt, the new 1895 SBL includes a 19” threaded barrel equipped with a match polished thread cover. The barrel is composed of 410 stainless steel and is cold hammer-forged with six-groove rifling.

The receiver is machined from a 416 stainless steel forging and the breech bolt is composed of a high-strength, aircraft-grade chrome-moly steel. The bolt is spiral-fluted and nickel-plated for an appealing look and exceptionally smooth cycling. The huge loop lever is composed of 416 stainless steel and has smooth edges that go softly on the hand.
