The Hi-Point 9mm carbine has an all-weather, skeletonized black polymer stock with an internal recoil buffer, several Picatinny rails, a sling with swivels, and a scope base. It has a ten-round capacity, a quick-on/off thumb safety, a grip-mounted clip release, and a final round lock open function.

This carbine has a 16.5″ barrel for a total length of 31″, a post front sight, and a fully adjustable ghost ring peep rear sight.
