A Nanocoated Surefire Closed-Tine Flash Hider is fitted to an in-house 10.3″ robust black oxide coated, Cold Hammer Forged, Chrome Lined, 1-7 twist Geissele barrel in this 5.56mm handgun.

The new SSA-X with Lightning Bow® trigger is exclusive to the Super Duty series. The broad body and bow form of this Nanocoated, two-stage trigger strikes the right balance between a conventional M4 trigger bow and a flat body trigger. The Geissele REBCG is at the core of this handgun (Reliability Enhanced Bolt Carrier Group).

The Nanoweapon coated BCG has a chrome lined gas key that has been correctly torqued and anchored. The Cam Pin is made of H13, a high-performance tool steel that has been coated with Nanoweapon for maximum corrosion and wear resistance. The REBCG also has longer top rails, which improves stability and feeding dependability significantly.

The Geissele Stressproof Bolt is included with the REBCG. Carpenter Steel metallurgists worked closely with Carpenter Steel engineers to produce a material that is cleaner and has fewer impurities. This increases the strength and fatigue resistance of our Stressproof bolt. The Geissele Stressproof bolt is forged as well, rather than being machined from bar stock.

This enables us to tune the steel’s grain structure, resulting in a bolt with 5 times the longevity of a Mil-Spec bolt. Each bolt is thoroughly examined, high-pressure tested, magnetic particle inspected, and Nanoweapon coated.

Geissele’s Ultra Duty Lower Parts Kit, which includes our Ambidextrous Super Configurable safety and Ultra Precisely trigger guard, is precision machined from 7075-T6 aluminum. This pistol is correctly tuned out of the box thanks to a high-quality Mil-Spec Geissele Buffer Tube with a Super-42 in H3 buffer.

A 9.3″ MK16 Super Modular Rail completes the kit, mated to the Super Duty Upper Receiver by a center aligning tab that eliminates rail rotation. The MK16 rail family is well-known among operators for its reliability and comfort. Smooth and dependable functioning is ensured by an Airborne Charging Handle.
