This 11.5” pistol chambered in 5.56mm boasts a Nanoweapon coated Surefire Closed-Tine Warcomp fitted on an in-house 11.5” Mag Phosphated Cold Hammer Forge, Chrome Lined, 1-7 twist Geissele barrel.
The barrels are finely machined and cold hammer forged with the best quality materials at Geissele’s state of the art plant in North Wales, PA. The Carbine gas system with Geissele Super Compact Gas Block (with bomb-proof installation) assures dependability and excellent performance in severe situations and intensive usage.
Exclusive to the Super Duty series is the brand new SSA-X with Lightning Bow trigger. This nanocoated, two-stage trigger boasts a broad body and bow form that strikes the right balance between a conventional M4 trigger and a flat body trigger. At the core of this handgun is the Geissele REBCG (Reliability Enhanced Bolt Carrier Group) (Reliability Enhanced Bolt Carrier Group).
This Nanoweapon coated BCG is machined from mil-spec 8620 steel, with a fully torqued and staked, chrome lined gas key. The Cam Pin is machined from sophisticated, medical steel known as H13 which is additionally coated with Nanoweapon for optimal corrosion and wear resistance. The REBCG also incorporates longer top rails, giving increased stability and considerably enhancing feeding dependability.
