A Nanoweapon coated Surefire Closed-Tine Warcomp is fitted to an in-house 11.5″ Mag Phosphated Cold Hammer Forge, Chrome Lined, 1-7 twist Geissele barrel in this 11.5″ pistol chambered in 5.56mm.

At our state-of-the-art facility in North Wales, PA, the barrels are precision machined and cold hammer forged with the best quality materials. In harsh situations and heavy usage, the Carbine gas system and Geissele Super Compact Gas Block (with bomb-proof installation) assure dependability and excellent performance.

The new SSA-X with Lightning Bow trigger is exclusive to the Super Duty range. The wide body and bow form of this nanocoated, two-stage trigger strikes the right balance between a conventional M4 trigger and a flat body trigger. The Geissele REBCG is at the core of this handgun (Reliability Enhanced Bolt Carrier Group).

This Nanoweapon coated BCG is made of mil-spec 8620 steel and features a chrome lined gas key that has been properly torqued and staked. The Cam Pin is made of H13, a high-performance medical steel that has been coated with Nanoweapon for optimal corrosion and wear resistance. The REBCG also has longer top rails, which improves stability and feeding dependability significantly.

The Geissele Stressproof Bolt is included with the REBCG. Carpenter 158+ was created in collaboration with Carpenter Steel metallurgists to provide a material that is cleaner and has fewer impurities. This makes the Geissele Stressproof bolt more durable and resistant to fatigue. The Geissele Stressproof bolt is forged as well, rather than being machined from barstock. This enables them to optimize the steel’s grain structure, resulting in a bolt with 5 times the longevity of a mil-spec bolt. Each bolt is thoroughly examined, high-pressure tested, magnetic particle inspected, and Nanoweapon coated.
