• SSA-X with Lightning Bow® trigger. The broad body and bow form of this Nanocoated, two-stage trigger strikes the right balance between a conventional M4 trigger bow and a flat body trigger. The Geissele REBCG is at the core of this handgun (Reliability Enhanced Bolt Carrier Group). The Nanoweapon coated BCG has a chrome lined gas key that has been correctly torqued and anchored. The Cam Pin is made of H13, a high-performance medical steel that has been coated with Nanoweapon for optimal corrosion and wear resistance. The REBCG also has longer top rails, which improves stability and feeding dependability significantly.
• Geissele Stressproof Bolt. Carpenter Steel metallurgists worked closely with Carpenter Steel engineers to produce a material that is cleaner and has fewer impurities. This makes the Stressproof bolt more durable and resistant to fatigue. The Geissele Stressproof bolt is forged as well, rather than being machined from bar stock. This enables Geissele to optimize the grain structure of the steel, resulting in a bolt that can last 5 times as long as a Mil-Spec bolt. Each bolt is thoroughly examined, high-pressure tested, magnetic particle inspected, and Nanoweapon coated.
