Due to the fact that a frangible bullet is much lighter without lead, this cartridge achieves a muzzle velocity of 1,450 fps out of a 4″ barrel. It has an extremely high ballistic coefficient for a 357 Sig – 0.121, which results in a fairly flat trajectory. Speer makes it simple to identify this specialized range training round with its clearly marked bullet and clean burning propellant. Please keep in mind that 357 Sig is not synonymous with 357 Magnum. This ammunition is not compatible with 357 Magnum weapons.
